I am watching the grass as if it was the sea. Rather the bottom of the pot than a mountain of papers. I have changed the years in the city for every moment in the countryside. Office for kitchen. I am learning how to cook from famous and infamous chefs. And I only cook what I like. Every evening one fresh meal, like at home. I buy products from the neighbours and in the village. We bake the bread and cakes, we take care of the bees, we prepare marmalades from wild blueberries, strawberries and apricots, we go shopping in Celadna… and then we prepare the breakfast for you.
If you go hiking or on a trip, we recommend you not only the way to go, but also where to eat. And when you come back, you can just relax in the barn with a cup of coffee or a glass of nice wine.
We prepare dinner for our guests - every day one fresh meal. Local venison and lamb, fish, well chosen selection of beef… and delightful home made ice cream from Frenstat.
